Have you heard of EFT Tapping?!


According to the developer of EFT, Gary Craig, tapping on different parts of the body helps shift energy, reduce distress, pain, or emotional distress.


While tapping, you focus on the problems and blocks you are experiencing and work through them. First is validating your experience followed by 'deeply and completely accepting yourself', and usually ending with positive affirmations.
